Sharing the rise in batch size despite constraints, Prof Pant says, “IIFT’s MBA(IB) is fully residential. Hence the intake of scholars is restricted by the capacity of the hostel both in Delhi and Kolkata. However, we’ve been increasing the number of admissions incrementally and have gone up from 280 in 2017 to about 404 today.”

Last year IIFT selected a complete 749 candidates for MBA (IB) admission at Delhi and Kolkata campuses out of which few opted for other institutes.
