Eligibility: Candidates must hold an undergraduate/bachelor’s degree in any discipline (or CA/CS, or equivalent qualification) to be eligible for the PGP TBM. While fresh graduates are accepted, the typical cohort breakdown includes 60% of students with 2-5 years of work experience and 20-25% of students with over 5 years of work experience.

Admissions Criteria:

  • Work Experience: Masters' Union typically looks for individuals with 2-5 years of professional experience. This range often provides a foundation for valuable contributions to the programme. However, we also recognize the potential for exceptional students outside this experience range.

  • Academics & Co-Curricular: We place equal importance on both academics and co-curricular activities. Academic performance is evaluated through grades in graduation and post-graduation courses. We also value advanced degrees or certifications. Applicants are encouraged to submit their GRE, GMAT, and CAT scores. However, this is not mandatory.

  • Communication: All candidates will be assessed throughout the application process on their ability to structure their thoughts. We evaluate this in both verbal and written formats. This comprehensive assessment is essential for success in the programme, and in the business world.
